TABC Food and Beverage Certificate-The Food and Beverage Certificate (FB) is an additional authority that is a subordinate to your primary permit. All on-premises retailers can become eligible for an FB. By holding an FB, your business can be exempt from certain bond issuance requirements and located in areas that otherwise are dry for the type of alcohol you serve.
TABC- Licensing Course- If you’re applying for a license or permit, TABC recommends that you complete a course that will guide you through its responsibilities. The course is not required, but if you do take it, TABC encourages you to include a copy of the certificate with your application in the Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS).
