Your American "PAL" website and mobile app is not intended for use by children or adolescents under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children or adolescents. If a child or adolescent under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us so that the Personal Information can be deleted. If it comes to our attention at Your American "PAL", Inc that we have information on a person under the age of 18 then the data will be deleted.  

Contribu­tions to a 501(c)(4) organization generally is not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. They may be deductible as trade or business expenses, if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayer’s business. Your American "PAL", will do our best to get approval from all organizations in advance before sharing their educational information on our site.  For further information on Fair Use, please visit the US Copyright Office directly. 

Our non-profit is funded through annual membership fees, businesses, fundraiser events, individuals & partners on our website. We will also apply for grants/other support from businesses in Texas and other States throughout the calendar year. We will not apply for any Federal, State funding or grants. We will rely solely on our membership, partnerships and business grants to fund us. 

IN NO EVENT SHALL YOUR AMERICAN "PAL", INC,  AKA- YOUR AMERICAN 'PAL' AND OUR SUBSIDAIRIES, AFFLIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENT, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY PUNITIVE, COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, INFORMATION, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE DATA, INFORMATION, OR MATERIAL INCLUDED IN THIS WEBSITE OR ON THE INTERNET GENERALLY, OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS.      b) THE COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES.

     c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR THE ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS AND/OR DATA.

     d) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICE.

     e) AND ANY OTHER MATTER WHICH MAY BE RELATED TO OUR SERVICES. 

If you are dissatisfied with the non-profit's website, any perks, policies or products, or services on Your American "PAL", Inc website, or with any of the non-profit's Terms of Service, it is your sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using Your American "PAL", Inc website. 

Our non-profit organization is a 501C-4 Informal Membership, which means a supporter who may be called a “member” but is not a company member for the purposes of the Articles or the Act and shall not be entitled to vote on any matter. Your American "PAL' Inc Membership Privileges & Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice. 

     a) Membership         

• Your American "PAL"' Inc is a United States based non-profit along with affiliates or partners. 
• Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over. Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green cardholder).
• Your American "PAL", Inc reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant, and membership may be terminated at Your American "PAL", Inc's discretion and without cause.
• Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by Your American "PAL"' Inc, including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time without notice.
• Members are required to upload an official State valid photo identification for membership qualification.  

      b) Membership Cards and Fees          

• Membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the Primary Cardholder.
• Membership fee is $12.00 annually per person.  

     c) Renewing 

• Renewal fees are due no later than the last day of the month your membership expires.
• Membership renewal must be completed for all cardholders on the membership when the renewal is processed.
• You will not receive new membership cards each year.

     d) Payment

•  Membership fee is collected at the time of sign up.
•  Membership fee is required at the time signing up and is collected by Go Daddy Payment Services. 

The non-profit represents, warrant and undertake that they have not and will not engage directly or indirectly in political parties or campaigns whether within the United States or any other territory, including but not limited to joining a political party, providing sponsorship, making donations, granting of incentives, or providing any other form of financial or other emolument to a political party, political entity or politician.

Your privacy concerns are important to Your American "PAL", Inc and its affiliates (collectively referred to herein as "we" or "us"). This Privacy Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to control your personal information. Please note also that this Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. By using this website or any affiliate website which links to this Privacy Policy (the “Website”), you agree to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Website.

When registering, purchasing items, fill out any type of survey or forms on our site, the personal information that we do collect is your full legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number, payment method and other details for our own use for the purpose of responding to and processing your request, none of which will be shared with third parties. 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion.along with the effective date. In all cases, Your American "PAL", Inc's use of the information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

Pursuant to applicable Copyright laws including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) (17 USC § 501) we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. The data, information, and material included in this website is provided to the user with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Your American "PAL", Inc also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Your American "PAL", Inc's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Your American "PAL", Inc, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
